If you have a high deductible plan, both the hospital and our office will expect a deposit in advance of any surgery. See our Payment Policies for our minimum payment plan on outstanding balances.

CASH PAY DISCOUNTS:
For Out-of-Network and patients with no insurance, we do offer a Prompt Pay Discount for payments made in full at the time services are rendered. Our discounts are especially generous for in-office x-rays and for surgeries. We cannot give a discount for any situation which would involve waiting for payment after the services are provided. We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
